Venom 3 Footage Details Reveal Full Venom Horse Scene, Venom Frog And Buddy Comedy Humor With Tom Hardy’s Eddie Brock

New footage has been previewed for Venom: The Last Dance shows a full glimpse of what a Symbiote can do to various creatures and how Eddie Brock (Tom Hardy) has become one of the universe’s most-wanted beings. The third installment in Sony’s franchise based on Spider-Man’s former foe turned lethal protector is expected to bring the character’s big screen journey to a close. In Venom: The Last Dance, Eddie and Venom return from their brief multiversal adventure in Spider-Man: No Way Home only to become hunted by a mysterious human military organization and with ancient beings from Venom’s home world.

As New York Comic-Con continues, Screen Rant was present to see Sony unveil new footage from the soon-to-be-released Venom: The Last Dance ahead of its release on October 25. In the newly unveiled footage, attendees were given their first full glimpse at the Venomized horse sequence where a cautious Eddie tries to carefully ease the creature, only for an excitable and enthusiastic Venom to take hold in a sequence set to Queen’s “Don’t Stop Me Now”, fully embracing the cowboy moment and saying to Eddie “Ride me, Cowboy!“. The ride is cut short, however, as the pair are cornered by military forces armed with electro weapons and led by Rick Strickland (Chiwetel Ejiofor).

As Eddie is caught in a net in a river, Venom makes a quick getaway, jumping between bonding with a fish and frog to make its way back to Eddie. While the duo re-bond and put some distance between themselves and the ambush, they are not only thrown into another scuffle with more soldiers, but also encounter a deadly alien Xenophage, giving viewers a glimpse through its Symbiote-hunting vision.

Though Eddie and Venom slip away in the violent fight between the soldiers and the Xenophage, Rick is left reeling from his force’s losses, asking Juno Temple’s mysterious scientist whether they were at least able to recover samples from their new otherworldly contender.
