While there were many Marvel cameos in Deadpool & Wolverine, Berry was not one of them, and as such, she was recently asked by ComicBook in an interview about whether there were any attempts to get her into the film. Unfortunately, it appears that there was never a shot of having Storm in Deadpool & Wolverine, as Berry revealed the following:
No. Blake [Lively] asked me one time, I ran into her at a Marc Jacobs fashion show, and she said, ‘Would you ever be in my husband’s movie as Storm?’ I said, ‘Yeah, if he asked me,’ but he never asked me.
