Den of Thieves 2: Pantera gets its first trailer, revealing more about the sequel to the 2018 action thriller. Directed by Christian Gudegast, Den of Thieves starred Gerard Butler as “Big Nick” O’Brien, the leader of an elite unit of LA cops tracking a highly-dangerous crew of bank robbers. Gudegast now reunites with Butler and O’Shea Jackson Jr., who played mastermind Donnie Wilson, for a follow-up, with Den of Thieves 2: Pantera‘s story expected to follow Big Nick as he travels to Europe in search of Donnie.
Now, Lionsgate releases the first trailer for Den of Thieves 2: Pantera, teasing another action-packed outing in a new setting. The sequel is set to make one major change from the original, with Big Bick, disillusioned by police work, actually joining Donnie for his next heist. The pair will work together with a new crew to rob the World Diamond Center, which will seemingly involve plenty of car chases and tense shootouts. Check out the trailer below:
